第46小节 抛砖引玉一一《sicofthenight》+《loveneverdies》（1）
夜晚phanto身贡多拉的船工，引领着christine带她进入自己狭隘阴暗的地下宫殿。一路用这首《sicofthenight》表达着对女主的爱意。这首诡异又异常缠绵悱恻的情歌使得女主心神荡漾。她在phanto牵引下，来到一座布满尘土的绒布所遮盖的神秘物体前。幽灵一把揭开绒布，出现的是一面巨大的镜子，但此时镜子已经没有，空无一物的镜框后面是一座蜡像，正是女主穿婚纱的美丽模样。躲在面具背后唱着歌曲的phanto可能只有那个承载音乐的音乐盒和象征爱情的戒指才能带他走出这无尽的黑夜。

为了配合歌曲的主题整个音乐厅里一片漆黑，只留下两盏微弱的灯和舞台上的海澜瞿岚如影随形。悠然空灵的女高音响遏行云地飘荡在音乐厅之上。底下是小提琴慢板缜密的撕弦，如同船桨小心翼翼地分开漆黑的湖面，拉开夜的帷幕。
歌的开篇唱得既慢且轻，犹如琴瑟心照不宣的互诉衷肠，一点点推进。直到一次又一次地唱响“listentothesicofthenight...” 一次比一次更激烈更高亢的声音响起时，prelude的铺垫才宣告完成，夜被彻底地撕开。
